Somatics online membership
Welcome to our brand new online Somatics membership - I’m so excited to bring you this offering, and I believe it will make a BIG difference to our practice! Here’s what you get access to:
Twice-monthly Wednesday evening live online sessions (8.15-9.30pm). (Please note, these sessions are currently paused.)
Twice-monthly Saturday morning live online sessions (10-11.15am).
Recordings of all Wednesday evening/Saturday morning sessions (available for 3 months).
Attendance at online beginner’s courses that I run during your period of membership.

If I’m running a beginner’s online course in any given month, it might mean fewer drop-in sessions. For example, normally, you would get 2 Saturday morning live sessions in a month. If I hold two sessions of a beginner’s course on Saturday mornings in a given month, it’s likely that I will offer only one Saturday morning drop-in session that month. But since you’re welcome to attend the beginner’s course too, you won’t miss out!
If I have to cancel a session for some reason (e.g. illness), or if a session is not running because I am away, I invite you to (re)visit one of the available recordings. This is to enable me to continue to run my business in a sustainable way, and I hope it will also meet your needs for a regular session.
Investment: just £19/month which is FANTASTIC value! For comparision, a single drop-in session, if booking separately, will be £10/session (still good value!). As part of your membership you will be able to access 4 live sessions a month (with occasional exceptions) (2 live sessions currently, whilst I take a break from Wed evenings), and a library of 3-months' worth of recordings - along with all the other lovely things you get. So much great stuff to support our practice!

I am certified to deliver Somatic Movement education classes, in the tradition of Thomas Hanna. I am a Somatic Movement Center® Certified Exercise Instructor (level 3) (through Sarah Warren’s Somatic Movement Center training), and a certified Essential Somatics Movement Teacher (through Martha Peterson’s Essential Somatics training).Book now
1.25-hour live online group drop-in sessions, practising Somatic Movement. Wed evenings/Sat mornings. On booking, you will receive access to our membership portal, where you will be able to access upcoming session dates/times, as well as all resources available to you as a member. Please note, if listening back to the recordings (i.e. not attending live), sessions will be around 60 minutes, as I won’t record sharing time at the beginnings/ends of the sessions. Content covered will be the same in the Wed classes as in the Sat classes, therefore you will receive a recording of only one of the two sessions.
Pre-requisites: none. I do highly recommend starting with the recorded 4-week beginner’s course though, if you’re not already familiar with Somatics.
Requirements: preferably a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted; room to lie on the floor (carpet or exercise mat) and spread arms and legs out if possible; Zoom (free download); ideally the ability to position the camera so I can see most or all of your body when you are lying on the floor (or at very least your torso) (optional); ability to get down to/up from the floor to do exercises; ability to lie on your back (this could be propped with cushions if needs be; intention to create space to practise between sessions (optional, but highly recommended!). (If you are unable to get down to/up from the floor, or to lie on your back, please contact me to arrange a 1:1).
