This free, online Somatic Movement session will take place via Zoom on Saturday 11th January at 10am. If you can’t make it live, a link to access a recorded version will be sent. The session will last for about an hour, then we’ll have a bit of time for feedback and discussion. All welcome!

“I signed up to this programme on the spur of the moment after a stressful few weeks had left me with pain and tension in my back and shoulders. I had been looking into booking a physio appointment but was struggling to schedule it and concerned about the cost. I decided to give Somatics a go as I figured it would help to do some gentle exercise and gain awareness of where the tension and pain is coming from. I was impressed with the videos available with both longer and shorter options so I could fit in some practise even on busy days. Emilie’s warmth and clear explanations have helped me feel confident trying it out and I always notice a difference after each practice session both in less pain in my body and a more relaxed and grounded presence after taking that time to care for myself.
